Spün 365 - Day 25: Jasper's Red Team
Jasper's Red Team is designed to make security part of the development process. Inspired by Strix, it uses specialist sub-agents to actively test projects for vulnerabilities, find weak spots, and apply fixes before your code is pushed or deployed.
-
Spün 365 - Day 24: Introducing Jasper
Jasper is an AI-native development workstation for mobile, built to give developers the tools they need to build software without a traditional PC. It combines an IDE, Linux terminal, project previews, and a powerful development agent that can code, delegate tasks, debug, secure, deploy and even handle general-purpose workflows.
-
Building Jasper: A Mobile Development Workstation + AI Agent
Jasper is a mobile development workstation and AI development agent built for Android. It brings the tools, runtime, AI, and workflows needed to build software directly from a phone, while keeping development simple, private, and under the user's control.

Spün 365 - Day 20: The Bigger Picture
20 days into Spün 365, and the amount of progress I've made is massive. Spün Auth is almost finished, and I've already got a whole list of new ideas and projects waiting to be built.
-
Spün 365 - Day 13: Reworking Spün Auth
Spün Auth got a major code structure rework today. I turned it into a monorepo, built the API layer, and cleaned out a ton of unnecessary junk from the old repo with Claude's help. I also created API endpoints for future developers who want to use Spün Auth in their own products.
-
Spün 365 - Day 12
Spün Auth is now 75% complete. I finished the Avatar Builder/Editor, and all that's left is UI polishing, SSO logic, and the backend functionality. I also continued testing Mobile Harness and found a couple of bugs that I'll be reporting to the dev.
-
Spün 365 - Day 11: Making Mobile Development Easier
Day 11 was all about making my mobile development workflow easier. I tested Mobile Harness, figured out a frustrating custom provider bug, and discovered 9router, which lets me combine multiple AI providers and models to work around individual rate limits.
-
Spün 365 - Day 10: Improving Spün Auth
Day 10 was mostly about improving Spün Auth. I replaced Iconoir with Hugeicons, started working toward avatar editing and made avatar creation optional during onboarding. I also started thinking about eventually opening Spün Auth up for developers.
-
Spün 365 - Day 9: Finally Fixed It
After days of fighting a ridiculous UI bug, I finally figured out what was causing black to render as white. Turns out, the problem wasn't even my code. 😭 Now that it's finally fixed, I can get back to polishing Spün Auth.
-
Spün 365 - Day 8: Taking a Break
Day 8 was a little different. No new features, no bug fixes, no infrastructure work. I spent the day taking a proper break from constantly working, binge-watching shows and, most importantly, remembering that I still need to have a life.
-
Spün 365 - Day 7: One Week In
Day 7 marks one week of Spün 365. I reflected on my struggle with consistency, fought a ridiculously annoying UI bug in Spün Auth, and started figuring out how to expand Spün's reach across more platforms.
-
Spün 365 - Day 6: Slow Progress Is Still Progress
Day 6 was a slower day, but Spün Auth continued to come together nicely. With the core authentication flows working, I'm now focused on polishing the UI and hunting down a particularly annoying Avatar Builder bug.
-
Spün 365 - Day 5: Finishing What I Started
Day 5 was focused on getting Spün Auth closer to completion, with all four authentication provider flows and the onboarding process now working. Sometimes progress is simply finishing what you started.
-
Spün 365 - Day 4: Building the System Behind the Systems
Day 4 was about building the foundations behind future Spün products, from a functioning SSO authentication flow to a reusable UI system designed to make every Spün interface easier to build.
-
Spün 365 - Day 3: The Problem Wasn't Mine
An annoying decoy video sent me down a Moviebox API debugging rabbit hole. After testing different versions and bypassing Spün entirely, I finally found the culprit: the problem was upstream.
-
Spün 365 - Day 2: Building the World Around Spün.
Products are only one part of building Spün. On Day 2, I launched The Daily Spün, the official publication of all things Spün, published the first “What is Spün?” post, and started designing a reusable UI foundation for everything that comes next.
-
Spün 365 - Day 1: The Beginning
Spün 365 has officially begun. Day 1 was about laying the foundations, from the Spün Media API and developer documentation to GitHub, search visibility, and the infrastructure needed for the year ahead.
